1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on pg386. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. pg386 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The pg386 Platform is operated for and directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by applicable law do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. pg386 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on pg386. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds therein.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from pg386 or from any related gaming platform may not re-register or access the Platform during any active self-exclusion period.

2.5 Capacity. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person, that you are registering and placing Wagers in your own name and for your own entertainment, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full functionality of the pg386 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method. Incomplete or false registration information will render your Account liable to suspension.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pg386 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pg386 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. pg386 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP as an additional security layer. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from Account Settings. pg386 reserves the right to make 2FA mandatory for withdrawal requests above a specified threshold.

3.4 KYC Verification. pg386 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold, or when our fraud detection systems identify unusual account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. pg386 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned via your nominated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. pg386 may also close or suspend an Account at its discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pg386 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on pg386 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pg386 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, for which pg386 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your Account.

4.4 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your pg386 Account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the originating institution. pg386 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or national bank holidays.

4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by pg386's payments team within 15 minutes during standard WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, 7 days per week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the next available opportunity. Processing times may be extended in cases where KYC verification is required or where a withdrawal is flagged for security review.

4 .6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.7 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. For security purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. pg386 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal to a new or unverified payment method.

4.8 Transaction Records. A full record of your deposit and withdrawal history is available within your Account under the Transaction History section. It is your responsibility to review this history regularly and to report any discrepancy to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. pg386 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section 5.

5.2 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to Players who have completed registration, satisfied applicable KYC requirements, and meet any minimum deposit or wagering thresholds specified in the offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers are available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×20), minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry windows will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms. pg386 does not apply hidden wagering conditions beyond those published at the time of the offer.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will expire and be removed from your Account if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the time window specified in the offer terms. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Abuse Prevention. pg386 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account if we reasonably determine that a Player has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any promotional offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, staking exclusively on low-margin markets to fulfil wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of free-bet offers.

5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. pg386 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification will not retroactively apply to Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification date.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets. All Wagers placed on pg386 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for reviewing the details of each Wager — including selection, stake, odds, and market type — before confirming. pg386 will not void or amend a confirmed Wager on the grounds of Player error unless a manifest pricing error on the part of pg386 has occurred.

6.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that a Wager is accepted at odds or under conditions that represent a manifest error (palpable error), pg386 reserves the right to void the relevant Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. pg386 will notify the affected Player promptly in such cases.

6.3 Sportsbook Markets. Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the competition (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia fixtures; UEFA for Champions League; FIFA for World Cup qualifiers). In-play bets are settled on the result at the completion of the relevant period unless otherwise stated. Void bets or suspended markets will have stakes returned unless otherwise specified.

6.4 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets on the pg386 Sportsbook are subject to minimum and maximum leg counts as displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the remaining legs will be settled as a reduced accumulator at revised odds.

6.5 Casino Games. All Casino and slot games on pg386 are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) and return-to-player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). The RTP of any individual game is displayed within the game's information panel. pg386 does not modify the RTP of any game below the certified studio rate.

6.6 Disconnection and Technical Faults. In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during the placement or settlement of a Wager, pg386's server-side logs will constitute the definitive record of the Wager's status. Incomplete bets caused by verified technical faults on pg386's systems will be voided and stakes returned. pg386 is not responsible for disconnections caused by a Player's internet service provider, device, or local network.

6.7 Maximum Winnings. pg386 reserves the right to impose maximum single-event payout limits, which will be communicated to Players within the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding the published maximum for a single event will be capped at the stated limit, with the excess amount forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg386 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance (including real-money funds where fraud is established), and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any other form of sports-betting fraud.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or during any period in which your Account has been suspended.
• Sharing an Account with, or placing Wagers on behalf of, another individual.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported to [email protected] and will be voided pending investigation.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed payment claims, or any other mechanism intended to recover funds already wagered without a legitimate basis.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. pg386 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, pg386 urges you to seek help and make use of the tools available within your Account.

8.2 Player Tools. All registered Players have immediate access to the following responsible gaming tools from their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted via email to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.

8.3 Age Verification. pg386 applies strict 21+ age verification at registration and may request additional documentation at any stage. Underage gambling is a serious offence; any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the pg386 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of pg386 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. pg386 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pg386.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. The pg386 brand name, logo, and domain are proprietary to pg386 and may not be used without authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. pg386 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service failures may temporarily affect Platform accessibility. pg386 will not be liable for any loss — including loss of Wagers or winnings — resulting from unavoidable Platform downtime.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pg386 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss, even where pg386 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10.3 Cap on Liability. pg386's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player's Own Risk. You acknowledge that all Wagers are placed at your own risk and that the outcome of any sporting event or casino game is uncertain and beyond the control of pg386. pg386 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty as to outcomes, returns, or winnings.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 Data Collection. pg386 collects personal data from Players for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and the delivery of customer support. The categories of data collected and the legal basis for each processing activity are described in full in our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Sharing. pg386 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulated payment processors, KYC verification services, and our game-content partners solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services. All data-sharing arrangements are governed by data processing agreements consistent with applicable privacy standards.

11.3 Cookies. The pg386 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, personalise your experience, and support our analytics and security functions. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

12.1 Right to Amend. pg386 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pg386 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players by email to the address held on their Account.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pg386 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

12.3 Archiving. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by emailing [email protected]. pg386 maintains an internal archive of all prior Terms versions with their respective effective dates.

13. Governing Law

13.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg386 holds its operating licence. By registering an Account, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pg386, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. pg386 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Waiver. No failure or delay by pg386 to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
